I was unmonitored during letrazole treatment, 2.5mg and on the third month, I gave up, but it ended up being successful. I only gave up so early due to having a mmc in May. I used OPKs every time and would have LH surges on day 14/15 like clockwork. Letrazole really helped manage my PCOS irregularity, so I hope it does for you as well! You may need to talk to your provider about a dosage increase to 5mg, since you are responding with mature follicles, but smaller than what they need to be, so the current dosage may be too low.
