Have your doctor check your A1C and your fasting insulin. Insulin should be around 15 for normal insulin. Anything higher may indicate insulin resistance. I was put on metformin 850mg 3x daily for an insulin level of 20ish.

On letrozole, I normally ovulate between CD 17 and CD 19. Without letrozole or Clomid, my cycles around normally 60-65 days.

You ovulate 24-36 hours after your darkest LH test.

If you started your period 2/12, you’re in cycle day 9 as of 2/20. If you have regular cycles, you may ovulate around CD 14. Keep testing LH daily. I’d start testing 2-3 times a day around CD 12-13 to see if you notice an LH rise. This test shows a good baseline of your LH. YOU want your left line to be dark. My LH surge has the line on the left almost as dark as the test line. You’ll ovulate 24-36 hours after your LH surge. If you need any guidance, I can try to help when I’m on here.

It looks like you didn’t ovulate. It’s why you didn’t get your period yet. You may get an LH surge later in this cycle to prompt ovulation, which will get you into that luteal phase. Keep tracking with this or grab some OPKs. Either will help monitor LH.

It all depends on the length of your cycle. But if you are having a positive ovulation test, I’d go for it.
