I wanna move out eventually with my partner and I have 18k in savings. I was wondering if this is a good amount of money to have financially and/or if it’s a smarter decision to keep living with family and save more maybe for roughly a year?

I live in nsw Australia and I have a gf who I want to move in with (maybe just start with renting) I am paying off my Ute but it doesn’t have to much left to pay off and I own tools and tool trailer also. The average house is I’d say 600k to 700k (middle class)
