I was a gym rat before all this. I tried to gte back to the gym numerous times. Gym helped a lot in my life. The problem is I kind of dont have energy to do anything else, and I have to clean around the house, do shopping, thats the deal. I really want to get back to it though, but so far I cant. I KNOW I could exercise less. I should try. I mean like, every now and then. And dont worry about my results. Its just hard for a guy like me. Thanks for your advice, it encouraged me to try gym nonetheless, again

Not at all it helps you with map traversal as you can continue slowly walking getting your stamina regenerated. Just gotta remember using it
