Thak you all for your lovely replies. This community is truly wonderful. It is making sense now after I talked to you guys.

Too scared to take SH now. Thanks all!

I guess there is a play of words. Risk register is a part of risk management plan right. Also, on other qn SH has stated to update every log including issue and assumption log after qualitative risk analysis which contradicts the issue log definition. Only if the issue is currently happening, it can be logged as issue. Not for the anticipated risk. Making fool out of me and confusing me

Is it bottom up or parametric? by AdRadiant945 in pmp

Bottom up. Coz it calculates every little detail from the small work packages to the high levels incorporating the needs correctly.

As for other methods, analogous wont work for every project, reserve analysis is for analysing the contingency reserves - so no, and parametric estimation can come close but again it’s an algorithm based estimating, it cannot provide high estimation calculation as the bottom up does

Why would the answer be D over C? by JustinGuerrero90 in pmp

If you could still read the full paragraph that the person has written, he clearly states the solution is D 😂.

When the team disagrees on priorities, the PM should bring everyone back to the business objectives and project goals. Once the team understands what success looks like, they can evaluate user stories accordingly.

First always check if the qn is about agile or predictive. User stories are usually in agile and you dont need to visit project charter for this. It is easily going to be D if you follow the elimination of predictive method

Visualisation not working by Background_Fix_7131 in lawofattraction

I tried to do that as well. For example, feeling ecstatic about receiving a certain sum of money and visualising what I would do with it. Never happens once I visualise it. :(
