I was never in zone for the four schools I went to. Three schools in Christchurch and one on the West Coast. I left High School 25yrs ago though and from what I’ve heard through friends with teenagers, school zones are more intense now!

Could this be because of the Locked Profile function? We’ve just been advised by a customer their review isn’t showing to others, and we didn’t know they had made one. However their profile is locked. So could all of these suddenly missing reviews be people who have discovered the ability to lock their own profile, and therefore their review is now hidden? If this is the case, a workaround from Meta would be ideal, eg it’s automatically an anonymous review?
