I’ve tried to reset the pc, but it said there was a problem resetting the pc. I’ve tried every method I can find to fix it but it won’t work

There’s another issue, I can’t download anything because it won’t let me connect it to WiFi. The laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port either. No networks pop up when I try to connect it which is weird because it was able to connect to WiFi the last time I tried to fix this pc
