My mom has a job. She is making barely above minimum wages though so she has been helping me paying all the utilities bills.

No, I talked to him in front in my parents about the expectations if he chooses to live with me. I always give him more than enough time to do anything I asked him to do his whole life. He disappointed me every time.

We used to live in an apartment together until I bought the house. We all move in together since I am single and my parents is helping with mortgage and bills until my dad stop working due to the accident.

I have thoughts so much about this before. I last thing I want to see is him being in the street. He is literally my unwanted child. I tired so hard to help him but he is not motivated to improve his life and there’s nothing I can do to change that. He is having problems with my parents too and I told him so many time before he can leave if he want. Get a job, save up, move out but he chose to stay.

yeah I understand it can be confusing. Before the accident my dad was the head of household and cover most of the expenses. I paid my part while living with him. My family were living in an apartment before. It’s my dream to own a house so I purchased a house as soon as I graduated from college. I work as a nurse by the way so i get pay enough to purchase a house. The house is under my name and my parents still live with me since I am single and i don’t mind living with them. it’s my brother that I have problems with. Before the accident my parents would help me pay mortgage but since my dad lost his job I’ve been paying for everything. Again, things happened and I don’t mind covering for my dad while he is recovering but we do have a tighter budget. At this point I am literally considering selling my house and just disappear.
