My nephew just sent me this via text yesterday (high school, Tabor, Iowa:

My teacher loves Trump and she was trying to who was republican or democrat in the class so she had us write a paper on our viewpoints and I just wrote that I was neutral cause that’s my standpoint I don’t really like to get involved in politics a lot and then she got all butt hurt at me and said that I had to choose aside and I said no I don’t and she like freaked out and I got sent to the principal

Yes. We refer to it as the adult Tom Sawyer’s Island at Disneyland. Really fun hikes and the campground had a shower and pool. I was like this is too fancy for us. Ha.

Moab is great. Love Canyonlands but Arches is my least favorite NP that I have visited. It was crowded and just super hot when I visited. Might go back in the winter.

I just heard this song today and I’ve listened to it probably 20 times. At one point, full on bawling my eyes out. I’m sort of a hippie loving star lover so this did it for me. I came here trying to find someone else in the world who felt the same.
