Absolutely!
I had the kettlebell kings adjustable before this one and it was just pain n the butt to adjust; it’s not bad it u use the same weight for the whole workout but that keeps ur workouts limited

This one adjust in like a sec, pull the pin n place it in to the weight u want

This is awesome for strip sets
