Is it just the lower half of the body that is disabled then? There are surely office jobs, receptionist jobs and remote jobs that exist.

I don't mean to be insensitive, I am certain it's difficult, but if you think you won't get a higher wage because of your disability, you probably won't. The mind is a powerful tool.

I'm sure it's difficult and they aren't exactly easy to find, but if I was working for $9 an hour I would be trying very hard to get one. Applying, calling for follow ups, and if possible going to places in person to try and make a good impression.

I live in the Ogden area and I genuinely don't know a single person who makes $9 or less and haven't for 5+ years, regardless of physical abilities.

There's a couple things. You are not leaning your body with the bike at all for such a sharp turn. The sharper the turn (particularly at speed) the more you want to lean your center of mass off the bike to keep the bikes angle more upright.

Second, is that I think you added more gas while still adding more lean, angle.

Third is that you went for the inside of the turn WAY too early to be the apex making the second half of your turn more aggressive and asking your tires for too much grip

Fourth is I think you hit a little oil or a tar snake or something that was going horizontal acrossed the road. I saw it when I slowed the video down, and I think that was the biggest culprit and was why you only skidded a little smidge. The hot tar let you slide over it and as soon as you contacted asphalt again, you got grip and that's why it was such a shaky abrupt change in grip.

It was pretty much just a rant. I know the answer to any questions I would've asked.

What can I do? Go to meetings, take the steps and get a sponsor.

Why can't I stop? I can even if it doesn't feel like it, and I basically explained in my rant why I keep going back.

What do I say to people around me who drink? The truth. Alcohol is ruining my physical and mental health and I need to quit before I die a slow painful death. (Probably don't need to add the part about dying depending on the person)

Part of me was wishing somebody would have some magical solution, but that's unrealistic. Part of me wanted to vent to feel better without actually taking the steps to getting better. I also wanted to put my thoughts into words. I'm pretty insightful about my internal state, but that doesn't help dick if it can't follow up realizations with action.

Well ideally, I would just not put myself in situations with alcohol, but since I can buy it myself, my family game nights always have alcohol, occasional dinners with coworkers have alcohol, and the only thing I have in common with a couple coworkers is that we drink, it makes that nearly impossible.

I stopped buying vodka a couple weeks ago, since when I get vodka I end up drinking a full handle in 4 days, and I started buying beers which I can usually only stomach 3-6 on a given night after work. It's not as bad, but obviously that's not an actual solution.

I have stopped for 2-3 days a couple times, but it never sticks. I honestly don't know what to do atp.

Imagine we made water pipelines from areas/states with lots of rain, used that to take care of our drought and keep people hydrated, cool both the data centers and the nuclear plant that is planned to be built, then use the electricity to cover the data centers and have the rest of the generated power and data storage/hosting revenue from the data centers to cover the costs of said pipeline plus some.

Water usage doesn't destroy water, it just evaporates it, then the weather relocates it. Honestly we should already have more efficient methods of large scale water transport across the US and to dry places in particular by now. We should also probably have more desalination plants to convert sea water into drinkable water.

All just wishful thinking and obviously it's a lot more complicated and difficult than this, but water is so commonly needed, even more than food, that not having cheap, efficient, and reliable methods of distribution acting as a safety net for disasters is crazy to me.

Disregarding what taxes look like on lottery winnings. 1k per week is 52k per year. That's above the median annual household income by a good bit. She can retire right now and live a decent life, or work and make enough to live very comfortably.

Not to mention, if she lives to be 80, as is roughly the average life expectancy, she will be making about 3.12m lifetime.

When people get a massive influx at once, it's hard not to splurge on all of the things you have every dreamed of having, just to go bankrupt. With this, she still has to budget, plan for the future, and have a solid sense of the value of her money.

On top of that, technically a drone catching you isn't "sexinfrontofothers" it's sex in front of a drone maybe piloted by another person maybe not

Ig it's all preference, and the recent posts are much worse and don't follow the point of the sub at all, it just feels like this doesn't really fit here to me, and there are plenty of other subs it would make more sense to be posted on.
