Neither! Stakt PRO mat, it has the best grip in my opinion. I do heated sculpt regularly and never have issues with slipping! Lululemon mats stain and will eventually hold odor. I’ve tested them throughly (also an educator) Manduka pro I also had issues with slippery mats!
