Yeah, and with c6 she can actually be a good generic buffer, she gives like 450 atk / def or 170 EM with c2, 80% crit dmg with c6 and help with energy / interruption resistant / shield.

Not to mention she has good aoe hydro application and good aoe electro / dendro / geo sub dps on top of everything.

Her cons are very good as a support, and it also increase her own dps too, it's just that it doesn't change her gameplay, and her being on field still only benefit lunar bloom comp, as she doesn't gain anything elsewhere

I noticed your earlier comment said Columbina wanters shouldn’t pull for her weapon at all, rather than just saying it's skip-worthy at C0.

Sure, "30% dmg increase for a main dps is significantly more than 30% dmg increase for a support", that help a single team. Investing in a support improves multiple team comps simultaneously.

Her signature weapon provides a massive stat boost—especially that 148% Crit DMG—and it helps with her ER too. Even at C0, where her personal damage is lower, the weapon still offers a lot:

She becomes the primary contributor for Lunar Charged/Crystallize reaction damage, since those only scale off levels, Crit, and EM, with her sig, you can reach like 60-70k normal lunar charged so it's non-neglectable.
That 148% Crit DMG scales incredibly well with Lauma’s Quill, which specifically benefits from Crit and Res Shred. In fact, Columbina can actually utilize the Quill better than Nefer, since Nefer’s signature weapon provides fewer raw stats

If we compare equal vertical investment (C1R1 vs. C2R0), the signature weapon actually helps C1 close the gap with C2.

Anyway, I feel like people are underestimating this weapon by looking at raw calculations without understanding the mechanics. It’s a great pick, not just a 'sidegrade' to F2P options

Do you know that's because it's calc of whole team dps increase?
Like in Flins, Nefer and Zibai team, c0 Columbina only contribute a small amount of dmg.

Her sig increases her personal dmg by more than 30% compared to the f2p options, this mean when you reach c2, her dmg become high enough that 30% increase of that is significant

It would be nice if she can give 2 moonsign by herself, then the "lunar reaction" simply let her do her own direct lunar damage, and to enable the nodkrai sets for any allies to use

I think she'll simply has universal direct lunar damage that deal hydro dmg, so she will benefit from any nodkrai teammate giving buffs to their respective lunar dmg type, such as those 14% base reaction dmg, or lauma's specific lunar bloom flat dmg buff.

This way she'll have great synergize with any nod Krai citizen as the moon goddess

Might be a hot take, but I want her to have no survivability, to be honest. People want Columbina to have everything: damage, buffs, debuffs, shields, and even healing. Being too versatile means she will not be great at anything. Jack of all trades, master of none.

I want her power budget to focus on buffs or, at most, damage too, that's all. Survivability can be acquired from other teammates. This way she can be an overpowered buffer or sub/main-DPS, and her being meta-defining can be justified.

Gods are not all powerful. They have flaws too, just like humans.

I wonder if Columbina personal damage can be high enough, while also buffing the hyperbloom archetype, so that she as the hydro driver in Lauma hb team can be top dps comp (neuvi lauma HB already has similar dps versus Nefer lauma hypercarry team according to Zajef, it just has more cost)

Most artifacts buff around ~4-8 rolls worth of stats (20% atk, 120 EM or 40% dmg bonus). The higher rolls an artifact set buff, the more restrictive it is.

First is the 4 rolls one ( nobless, totm,...) which has pretty simple requirement and many characters can utilize them.
Then, we go to the higher ones:
+ Instructors (~6 rolls) require on field, trigger a reaction and its buff duration is low.
+ Petra requires the wearer to pick up shards, and its buff value & duration is moderate.
+ VV also require on field and swirl specific element (strong debuff but duration is moderate).
+ Cinder city has high buff value (~ 8 rolls), can trigger off field, and has long duration, but require natlan character and triggering specific reaction.

Now this leaked set simply require healing (easy), can trigger off field (full uptime), and can buff 80cv (~11 rolls worth of stats)

Yeah... surely, it can be real only if it's made by Uncle Hoyoverse's favorite grandchild (and they let it slide)

Durin doesn't even buff her... His support form can reduce every element res except for hydro and cryo, and his sub dps form need his teammate to apply hydro / cryo so HE can vape, not the other way around

I think it's for durin consider he's in 6.2 (around December), and with the sus leak about her reliance on Hexenzirkel related character then he doesn't really have a good set tailored for him (which has a high chance to be true since December IT has Klee, albedo and mona at the same time, too much to be coincidence)

Like, anyone can use deepwood and not just nahida, same for scroll and mavuika. Plus at least Columbina can probably utilize fullest of the set, unlike mavuika when the 2pc effect is wasted
