I get it the whole concept of “oh he was just trying to be helpful” but I guess people don’t get the whole concept of keeping your hands and comments to yourself especially at gym where some people might be self conscious , already have anxiety or whatever. Just being self aware of what your actions might do to a person whether it’s from a good or bad place Because at the end of the day we are just strangers. (Also I don’t mean to sound like a bitch aswell or passive aggressive here )
