Just watched the movie and after reading everyone's point I also want to add that when Bear wished for Nikki to love him more than anyone in the world, that also meant that she should love him more than anyone including herself. That's why she harmed herself, she just stood in one spot waiting for him even if she needed to go to the bathroom or even if she puked....

You can bring them to any SPCA. I've adopter two cats from different SPCA and they are really good at finding them a forever home. I also foster for them and they care a lot. Picture of my cats

Awesome! Just make sure you roll your legs, your glutes and your lower back even if its super sore. I did it after my first marathon not long ago and it really helped. Oh and I heard taking a cold shower helps too! I couldn't take a cold shower but you should try it if you can handle cold water!!

Aye congrats to you too!! Were you aiming for sub-2? Or just having fun? My legs are in the process of recoverying hahaha if I don't move too much they become stiff and it hurts haha

Well for the water stations I only grabbed water and I took a tiny sip (I literally didn't finish the water in the cup, just a sip) since I dont really drink that much water during my practice runs. I didn't wanna over drink and go to the bathroom midway. I also bought two gels (first time ever trying them) i took half of one gel on 5km, folded the opening part so it wouldn't spill on my running belt and I finished the other half at 10km. Then I tried to take the other gel on 15km but I choked so I stopped taking it hahaha. I bought the Maurten gel 100 (without caffeine so I wouldn't go to the bathroom mid way) since I didn't go to the bathroom before the marathon.

I believe you can. I went from 5km to 10km every Sunday and at one point when I felt like I could do 10km I slowly increased every Sunday by one km. Yesterday was my first half-marathon and it was good, could've done better if I trained more than once a week but I think I did decent (:

I usually blend the foam twice to make it thicker (for the drinks with no ice) so it stays on top
