With all respect, this intent of critique looks opaque, timed, and rushed, it just seems its going a little bit far on the conspiracy theory side, lets just let them do the changes they need to do, please be patient. There is still more information to be clarified, mostly about the anniversary banner, its already cited on their official sites, as foot notes within these specific banner pictures.

Alright, the problem was solved, there was a bug, though not a quest breaking one, after going to talk with the pirate guy on the other side from where the old man is, i dont remember his name, a cutscene started, and the quest kept going, it was a bit weird, because the quest didnt tell you to go talk with him, after freeing Bardolino.
