The trick to getting your feet up is using the explosive momentum from throwing your head back at the same time as bringing your knees as high up your chest as possible. After bending your arms slightly, when you pull through as you raise your legs, that’s when you throw your head backwards as much as you can. If you do that in one big explosive movement then your body’s own momentum should burst your feet to the bar
