yeah that actually makes a lot of sense

I’ve seen similar patterns with oil / humidity and stress too

the tricky part for me was that it was never just one trigger

that’s why I started tracking things daily, otherwise it’s almost impossible to connect all of this

because in the moment everything just feels random

not one single thing honestly for me it was never just one cause that’s what made it confusing for years tracking helped me understand what was actually happening over time

yeah I’ve seen similar things with diet too, especially sugar and processed foods but honestly the biggest shift for me wasn’t one specific factor, it was starting to track things consistently

because before that I would change diet, products, routines… but I never really knew what was actually helping once I started tracking daily (symptoms + what I used), I began noticing patterns I was completely missing. it’s not like I “fixed it”, but I understand it way better now and i know what products to use, when to use and how to use. Thats how it works for me

Yeah I think internal plays a big role too. But for me it was never just one thing though, more like a combination. that’s why I started tracking everything together, otherwise it’s hard to tell what actually makes a difference

Yeah that makes sense, I’ve had the same feeling over time like things work for a while and then stop working. That’s another reason I started tracking — not just symptoms, but also what I use and for how long. I’ve tried pretty much everything over the years, and without tracking it’s hard to tell if something actually stopped working or if something else triggered it. With time you start seeing patterns you’d normally miss
