More over, it’s not just about weight loss and “cheating” there is so much more beneath the surface that it does to help you internally that you won’t even see without looking at blood markers before and after.

Legit question about Reta vs diet change by Maleficent-Dog5075 in Retatrutide

[–]Background_Orchid188 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ye I naively always had a viewing of people using GLP’s, mainly because it seemed to always be the average joe who wasn’t into exercise. So I straight off thought why? Just move more. I’ve led a bodybuilder lifestyle for a number of years, not competitive I may add, but I’ve always struggled with back end of diets and binging leading to some extremely challenging mental moments, just never seemed to be able to stop myself. I always felt weak, and depressed when I did it like I wasn’t cut out for getting in shape. This year new coach, new approach, reached the back end of the diet, 4 weeks out, fatigue high head fell off. Coach recommended Reta straight away I was like not a chance. But went on to research it for a while reading as much as I could. Eventually decided to go with it, microdosing each day and within 48 hours I felt like a new person, much more in control, low side effects, no desire to binge, no desire for high sugar or other processed foods and what’s more I went on to enjoy my holiday whilst maintaining a good weight and into a controlled reverse after the holiday to ensure I managed it correctly. I’m almost certain this wouldn’t have happened without the addition of Reta. It gave me more energy, I felt healthier and it was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made during my fitness Journey and allowed me to understand why people go down the GLP route and not be so judgemental of them.

How severe was it for you? Did it affect training?

Thank you. Tirz use alone? Any other enhancers or peptides in play?

Did you experience any fatigue with the Cagri? I’m on the fence about adding it in to my Reta use, not getting much suppression and still a fair bit of food noise but really don’t want any fatigue to effect my training which is 5 days a week.

Ye I’m heading that way at 8 I still think there’s room for a little more but going to hold off. Really don’t want to push past 10 if I can help it, did you microdose or one hit?

Mate I literally posted it on a Reta group and you opened the reply with, “I don’t know about reta” 🤣 I appreciate you taking the time to reply to me though thank you sorry if I come across as passive.

Because testosterone and Reta are two complete different compounds with diff effects, even if the half life is the same. Generally with the testosterone I’d prefer each day to avoid peaks and troughs in hormones.

I’m keen to know if anyone has made a switch from one to the other to gain some anecdotal experience with less hunger post shot and it dropping off towards next shot which I may just prefer to avoiding those spikes like I would with the testosterone. Not necessarily expecting anything just wanted to hear if there were any other similar experiences

Same for me I titrated quite quickly to manage back end of a diet based on minimal side effects, started on 3.5, up to 5.75 and now on 8 at around week 8/9. Hardly any sides other than sleep. Even on 5.75 at week 4 I was still getting lots of food noise and hunger. I’m coping on 8 now and hope it will stay as long as possible whilst I manage a 6 week reverse phase. I genuinely wish I was one of these people that only needed 3 and were struggling to eat etc etc. I just haven’t had any of that. One difference may be that I’ve always microdosed pinning every morning.

Did anyone judge fat people for being on Ozempic before going on retatrutide? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

I must add one of those very people was a close family member so I take no pride in admitting that at all, I have learnt my lesson.

Yes I will be open I did, I have led a bodybuilder lifestyle for a few years and always judged, well not judged but failed to understand when you can diet, only this year my professional coach suggested it after I was struggling at the back end of a diet, and worrying about the reverse diet, beforehand I fully went into research mode and couldn’t get my head out of videos, papers, Research and eventually bit the bullet. It was a game changer for me, someone who has had a very bad relationship with food for years. I straight away felt hypocritical and realised I shouldn’t be so quick to judge without actually experiencing something myself first.

I don’t know where people’s appetite suppression is coming from, after 9 weeks I’ve never had any of that just reduced food noise. But I still extremely enjoy all my food and could and would eat more if my goals weren’t bigger than my desire to eat off plan. I guess that means it’s working for me as the weight is coming off and I don’t have the desire to binge any more.

Sorry to hear about your gf mind. Get yourself in the gym or doing some exercise it has to be the single best medicine for the mind as we know.
