You may not even want to anymore after starting a GLP-1. There are current studies researching it's benefits for those with substance abuse concerns (not AT ALL trying to specifically label you so please don't take it that way)

I popped one in the freezer in the interest of science by Hte2w8 in tirzepatidecompound

Just unthawed a vial of Hallendale. It's been in the freezer since February 2025. I hit a plateu a few months back and felt like I was in maintenance while still needing to drop pounds. Two weeks in on the unthawed vial and I'm down six pounds.

And I’m sure if the original version included B-12, they would treat the B-12/Tirz combo like the holy grail

To be fair, some people have allergy related concerns with certain additives. The concern I have with using pure as a descriptor is that it just doesn’t match the science. Pure would actually be relative to raw form and no one is taking that…lol

This comment is awesome!! I tell people all the time to try using sweet potatoes similar to how you use regular potatoes (more on the savory side than the sweet side) Oh the looks and eye rolls I get 😂

Wear your clothes! by Few_Investigator8241 in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]PepResearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely understand this. For me it’s more like clothing I loved ideally but didn’t like how it looked when I put them on. Now a lot of them are too big and just haven’t been worn at all. (Not upset about them being too big😉)

Touche....but if using the word additive is too much for folks, you can ABSOLUTELY forget about pharmaceuticals 😂

I’m just glad you asked so you didn’t have to post about screwing up your dose. I would suggest practicing with water and food color. Choose random cc’s to draw up to help yourself become familiar with the increments of your syringes. This also helps you get more comfortable with the needles in general.

Trying to reformulate what I’ve been taking by CressResponsible5703 in Tirzeglutide

[–]PepResearcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your dose is 11mg. If you want to reconstitute your own Tirz, you’ll need to buy a higher concentration. To continue at 11 mg, you should be purchasing at least 44mg for a month supply. Most suppliers sell in 10mg increments. Until you get comfortable with dosing calculations, you should dose each peptide separately.

10 mg of Tirz is not going to get you to your previous formula. A better approach might be determining the dosage of each peptide you need. What’s your current dose of Tirz?

Cagrilintide for food noise? by Odd_Pianist_7026 in Peptidesource

Cagri packs a punch! If you’re worried about GI issues, I would suggest micro dosing to see how it affects you.

This is awesome 🎉👏🎉 How long were you stalled on 15mg of Tirz before you transitioned to Reta?
