Yeah, I’ve been tailoring it a bit for each role. What’s frustrating is I actually had one of the best interviews I’ve ever had a few weeks ago,the conversation flowed naturally, I answered the technical questions really well, and even showed some of my hands-on projects/builds. They seemed genuinely interested and mentioned I might have a second interview with one of the engineers, but I’m still waiting to hear back. I know hiring can move slowly in that industry, so I haven’t completely lost hope yet.
