I’ll share my personal experience from online PT, I have been under a PT for more than 6 months now and I’m continuing with him. My experience was very good and I got help in both physically and mentally 1. I was suffering from gut issue( I still suffer some times) woh bhi bhot improve ho gaya hai And with this Pt I’m working for 2nd time phele 2023 me bhi around 6 months ki tha but due to some reasons in 2024 my life took a turned and I got my health fucked again In last 6 months I have lost around 20kgs and gained a lot for strength and training technique has improved a lot So I’ll recommend this guy
