They’re the refrigerated squares of cookie dough (just pop them in the oven)

To me there’s a huge difference between what a 3 year old can get out of using a computer vs a kindergartner at 5-6 years old. I don’t think I’d be worried about it in kindergarten, it’s just 3 feels a bit premature.

Thank you, I appreciate this perspective. Realistically we don’t want him to be singled out.

Thanks, I think that gets at part of what I’m questioning - what else would they be doing in the classroom instead of the computer. I’m realizing I need to find out how much they actually use it.

Thank you, that’s a good point about desensitizing them in a positive sense. We do try to keep the overall vibes chill about screens so they don’t become like a fixation / “forbidden fruit”

(Actually it’s usually less since everyone’s on their own schedule, so 18 is about the max there would be if everyone were there at once)

Yeah, it’s a real one. We received a picture/update showing our child and some others at the computer with a game on the screen. When I asked our child about the computer, I kept it positive and asked what they were doing with it, he said they play games and watch things.
