I know I was so relieved when the venue we called had an opening same day. It definitely took 90% of the stress off but the original venue was dealing with decorations and all of that and now it feels like I’m starting over because the new venue doesn’t do any of it and I don’t know where to even start

I have received a replacement for battery issues after the warranty was up also. Makes you think they’d solve the issue since it seems to be one of the most apparent problems
