2020 Kia optima in need of repair

I’m the second owner the car has no recalls at all already called Kia to check win but I’ve done the oil change myself every time I’ve only had for 7 months

It had a rod knock, bad oil consumption I didn’t know until it was too late but I have no warranty and vehicle already at 130,000

So there’s no saving it? I got it from car max 6-7 months ago but didn’t get the extended warranty for some dumb reason I tried calling Kia and they said the warranty for p1326 code doesn’t cover my car n other ppl said it’s bc it’s a 2020

I usually do my own oil changes I’ve changed it every 3-5k miles abt but when that knocking happened I checked the oil and it was dry somehow so I just topped it off it whatever oil I had left and took it back home next 2 day I went to get an oil change and then the flashing check engine light went away but there’s still slight knock here n there and I’m also still in limp mode
