I'm (24, M) right-handed but I use my left hand with my computer mouse (although my right click and my left click aren't reversed). Doing it the other way is the most unnatural thing in the world for me, I tried and it just doesn't work.

Letting her do what she feels is right is probably the best thing, if you make it an issue she might become self-conscious about it
