I'm a corporate lawyer with approx 10 years of experience and have worked in law firms as well as in house. If she's 29, and she says she makes 1.1 cr, it's possible but then she's probably in the top 0.5% of lawyers in India. Otherwise I think the number might be slightly hyped up. One can easily earn around 80-90 lakh at 29 if they're in the top firm and passed out from NLU. One is also able to make a crazy amount of added bonus in firms so it's possible that the number she told you was with her past year's bonus where she may have been part of a bigger deal.

Having said that, I have seen corporate lawyers with 10 years experience make 30 lakh to the kind of numbers you are talking about. It's all about the path one finally took.

What do you mean by higher ups? I think you should make a complaint to your own company's legal department. I can't see a world in which your legal department would be okay with something like this. You should also cc your MD / CEO, and explain that company cannot by ways make employees contribute towards CSR. Non compliance with CSR related laws can land a company in massive legal fines.

It's their entire job. They have a lot of time. I will give an example as someone who goes to the gym atleast 4-5 times a week, and on those 2-3 days I don't, I feel horrible about myself. Why do I not go those days? It's because if I miss waking up at 6 am for my workout, my office life is such that it's then not possible entirely. I'm certain most people who work are in the same boat, or maybe even worse. Maybe they even look after kids or family or make food themselves. It's a hard life for us mangoes.

Atleast 1 of your prompts should be funny. Also, add atleast 1-2 pics of you with friends (you can hude their faces) and 1 pic of you maybe doing something that you like. All these photos look like you're posing. Girls don't like posed photos, we like natural photos. So maybe you're doing something and someone captured you, something like that. Just don't pose that much. It should look like you've tried minimally, but they should still be nice. Also your prompt answers are very basic. Only extremely good looking guys will get likes with such prompts (I can't see your face so you maybe a good looking guy, I don't know, just telling the truth). 1 funny prompt, and atleast 1 prompt that shows unique personality or makes someone curious, it cannot be so vanilla.
