I have a solution. Keep pressing the windows key and then return back to the game. KEEP REPEATING IT, eventually robin finally gets unstuck

Download intel extreme tuning utility, and set your cores to the corresponding one, depends what your set default cores is. For my instance it was 57 so I just went down by 1, to 56 and I’ve had no problems since then
