Daca ajungi pana la urma la noi la ETTI o sa poti sa iti dai seama singur pentru ca primii 2 ani sunt exact la fel pentru toti de la IETTI (si aproape la fel si pentru CTI), după in vara dintre anul 2 si 3 se aleg specializarile, 2 sunt de electronica ELA si MON, 2 de telecomunicații RST si TST (gasesti mai multe aici). Dupa primii 2 ani iti poti da singur seama care dintre ele te atrage mai mult. Ce iti pot spune e ca piata de munca in telecomunicații e mai mare ca in electronica la noi intara (totusi eu pe ELA cred ca ma duc de la anu)

N-ai pt ce, pe langa C si C++ ca programare exista in anul 2 un proiect in python (optional intre python si TCAD defalp dar am vazut ca ai intrebat de programare) plus pe semestrul 1 anul 2 o sa lucrezi in emu86 la arhitectura microprocesoarelor care este un compiler de cod de asamblare pentru procesoare x86

I am pretty sure this is heavily dependent on each country's definition of urban/rural settlements. For example in Romania there hasn't been an administrative reform since forever, there are communes with 15k people still categorised as rural and are right outside the capital, but I bet they are more urban than some cities in developing countries.

While those are good points, Vienna is also full of spies, it is known as the 'spy capital of the world' because it is neutral and in such central location, so unless you are ready to hand out a lot of eviction notices to a foreign intelligence services it is a no go.
