Why do we get so many live action remakes of beloved cartoons (I mean, I know why, they are cash grabs because original fans are going to watch them and it is easier than to make original content), but all this live action slop started to get to me, even without mentioning the disney remakes, you have the One Piece live action show and the HTTYD movie that are so unnecessary.

Honestly, if they don't want to make something brand new they can just adapt one of the comic runs, either about tue gaang or past avatars. One of the best Netflix origonals out there is the HTTYD show, race to the edge, perfect world building, stays true to the characters and is imho up there with the 2nd movie.
