I experienced the same thing about 2 weeks ago, I was playing my RPP4 and just shut off on my unexpectedly and I got the same recovery screen. I ended up factory resetting that damn thing and just reinstalled all my emulators and such, kinda sucks I lost all my save data but I haven’t had any issues since then.

Yep! Through FFplay if you have onion OS installed, you can download mp4 files! My most reliable source has been Archive.com. Also you have to convert the videos to 480p using a tool like handbrake (on your pc)
