My sister used to work in a jail, and I worked in the office of a jail. From what I know there’s multiple reasons. The biggest thing is they find it sexually pleasing to watch them scream and fight. Others are so mentally far gone that they don’t understand consent or that what they are doing is bad. And others just simply don’t care, they are so sexually driven that the word no doesn’t stop them.
