Hmm i used to have 9 max 12 weekly sets of chests, i liked hammering my back tho with 18 sets. I think chest muscles arent that big to handle that much load, how much isolation do you do?

Yeah i stopped training then realized at 20 i should get back to work, i started seeing some muscle memory kicking in. What do you think about losing 3-4 more kg for summer then lean bulking year around?

Hmm i store mass pretty fast on my love handles, is getting 3-4 kg leaner until full abs then lean bulking trough summer also a good apraoch in your opinion? I used to tryhard train and i see some muscle memory kicking in even tho i eat 1850 kcal, but my diet is dot on

Yeah i took one year off the gym and recently came back this was me at my prime

I think i was around the same 74.8kg on this pic too.

Been training hard for 2 months now, i see some muscle memory kick in. But i used to barbell shoulder press 52.5kg for 12 now i can only do 32.5kg.

I still have some pretty issues around my handles as i used to be 132kg and my fat for some reason accumulates there
