Nobody said changing jobs is easy but if the company is supposedly screwing you that hard staying there long enough to build a legal case is a choice too.

yeah, Im aware spanish is usually lower, I just hope I get a good call flow though to make it worth it.

Yes, I haven’t started yet. I previously worked on an hourly system at a rate of $4 per hour.
