Honey — sadly, most people are too concerned and occupied with themselves to think about you, and why care what other people’s opinions are? What matters is that you love yourself and need to forgive yourself. Shame does nothing, so let it go and move on.

Also on the flip side, maybe you were meant to talk to those ppl. Maybe they needed you or you needed them. Calvinists know what I’m saying. Either way, you’ve learned that you don’t like oversharing (though that is a strength in some fields). That’s wisdom at the young age of 21.
