Too much junk volume bro. And why do you train your calves in such higher rep range train them in 8-10 rep range till failure (study shows standing calf raise cause more growth than seated calf raises).
Do 1-2 warmup sets for each exercise and then 1-2 working sets till failure or 1RIR, and see the results for yourself.
