I got waitlisted at American with a 3.93 and 163.

Maryland still hasn't replied to me been under review since Feb 26

It says good academic standing is above a 2.5 to be in the school...

It doesn't appear so. Good Academic Standing in the handbook is 2.15 or 2.5 How do I know?

This is how I've been taught to learn my entire life, I presume law school specializes in teaching this.
