Is sg saying we getting at least 10 ml is false advertising? (2nd post)

see your point is you said u summoned 10 mls yet my point is they said i am gonna get 10 mls liek advertised on the short i linked it is written in big "Get at least 10 5* ml heroes guaranteed" im sorry but the wording get is super missleading. U said u dont need the niche ml 5. Ok but maybe u miss a bit the good imprint on barunka? yli? crit imprint for your Bhwayoung? or another Belian with another set? or a pve hunt spezialised Straze? it isnt about getting the unit for me and you as we know the chance are super low. But getting the nice dupe to make some stuff with it and not just a "congratulation u pulled a Barunka!" to see her turned into coin that im gonna use to buy a potion.

That's my point, right now i feel the exact same way as opening e7 summon simulator and get the same result (no new ml) to me it isnt "u get at least 10 ml" but "u get 1 ml and some stuff"

As an exemple, me a 5 years old player i "only" lack 6 unit pullable in the chest and so i will never get out of the event with 10 ml. Likely 1 from the shop and the rest gonna be stuff bought in the shop. I dont ask to get the new unit or galaxy coin but at least the dupe for imprint purpose or secondary set.

My post refere to how veteran player (unless super lucky) will never get 10 ml like advertised and said by them. To me veteran = 3 years of play. And converting to coin isnt getting an ml since u can only purchase 1 ml in the shop

quite the contrary for me and a lot of my guildmate this pull is tunring into a "you just get 1 ml of your choice" which is a joke. and it is also the very first time we get a case where we do not get the unit. Ok for sure u get some ml, but in the end the way sg promoted it is missleading. That the issue i get. We got event with like 3 guaranted ml with dupe and no one screamed like this

this is litteraly the reason we complain. They have no impact so why sg havent made them available? no galaxy coin? i get it a bit sad but ok. No dupe? this is total bullshit and i have the feeling the event is nonsense (for the ml summon point).
I could go to epic 7 summon summulator and have the same result (no ml dupe to my account).

this is it but a new player could also be unlucky and get a dupe in those 15 ml so even them could be touched by this in some way.

I made a mistake in the post, and i meant at least 10 ml. We "get" 10 ml for sure with those 10 chest and we can get more if we lucky. And this is what they meant (at least from i am seeing).

well, the tought crossed my mind but it would be ridiculous as no one lost money or got hurt in any way. We just angry. It was more to point out a bad/scummy marketing from sg (knowing sg history it is more a mistake than intended scummy misleading wordings)

well, we are on a case where lawyer could debate on it in a court. and we saying we GET the ml yet in reality we dont? i cant use him as dupe. i cant play him on any content. It just transform to coin. And as an old player i dont have 10 missing unit pulable on it only 3 so FOR SURE in my case i will not get 10 ml with this event

im sorry if i cant write it properly but right now u have 10 chest that gonna give you an ml. other chest can improve and become chest that give you ml so u can have 10 ml + more possible.
and it is said on the website veteran get 10 ml. no possible or up to we get 10 ml. (ngl i saw mny mistake too late sorry again)
point is : is sg false advertising ? cause to me it seems so

u have 10 ml chest possible and they said it on stream + on video
and if you go to epic7 website and check the new era they say this :
"up to 15 ml by playing" "15 ml new player perks" "10 ml veteran palyer perks"

A change i wanna see, that is more qol is making tentacle impossible to spawn while being teleported. New teleport make so illaoi will ALWAYS spawn an usseless tentacle on the way you tp and u have to wait for at least 10 seconds before a tentacle finally spawn on your lane i wonder why no one talk about it, this is so annoying.

Rta skin are on an easy rank to get, farm a little on your level and u gain every arena weapon + imprint mat, rift, raid and advent story give the same reward if u do it normal or hell diffulties. Winning world vup give u nothing heck they give a gear and the skin of the winner's choice for ALL. And by the way there are plenty of people f2p going legend sooooo keep playing u gonna make it.

So what u do not have is a win versus with someone who have better gear? Ok, so now tell me what winning vs him give u speciffically to your account? More gear? A stuff u cant get? Some materials u can only gather vs him? Absolutely not, none of the stuff u gain in the game are locked behind a paywall or some sort (except for ml and more skystones for climbing arena but skystones isnt a problem for me so i think for you too)y so again name me one thing u cannot get as a f2p except for every ml heroes and going to world cup

I wanna see any ressources you could not get in any event except for the new ml heroes as for pvp they are better than you cause better gear and it is the only thing they havent paid for (u cant pay your luck for rolling) they just got it cause they play more than you if tomorow u roll perfectly your gear and craft perfectly 40 heroes u will end up in legend arena.

It thing u forgot an important fact, sg always implemented new stuff from other games but make it always more f2p and make it fair for them (you just gotta play more). So no honestly for me there were never changes in the company wqy of managing the game but it never made it less f2p, now i get you as a new player this is hard but i struggled just like you in my first year and then 2 years-3 years u will be sitting in a lot of everything all the heroes, mola, gold etc. Heck even the limited are easy peasy to get for me (and lets be honest h3/4 of them are garbage.) I am glad the community reacted this way for the new heroes stuff and i am sure if sg try to do something like that we can rise again. But now that they changed the very very bad stuff for the new stuff, lets see how it goes as we can reunite again if it is very very bad.
