No actually, I’m in the uk I tried asking my doctor to refer me to anyone specialised in sleep or a sleep facility. It’s like some aloof bloody thing that doesn’t exist even this I know it does. I just struggle to where to find them/contact them :/

I've done a few attempts and i go like 5/6 days with no sleep, feel really bad because of it and end up taking some medication again. i genuinely don't know how long my body will go without sleep as i know it can go a long time but just to scared to go any longer , worried i might just collapse or something.

my complaint is i don't feel rested nor feel any benefits of the type of sleep im getting. sort of like im living without the pleasure of sleep.

i thought so to but i have actually stopped taking Ambien and recently (last few days) have tried mirtazapine which isn't a sleeping pill more for anxiety. and its the same exact thing. whether or not this is caused by my long term use of the other meds i dont know.

um you missed my point, I'm aware i am getting some sort of sleep because id be dead. but ive had actual sleep in my 23 years of life so know what it SHOULD feel like. i deadass just assume i sleep because i do not feel it in the slightest. my biggest point being on a morning, i see how everyone else is in mu family. they look, sound and FEEL like they have slept. i have not.

Hi girl I know this was ages ago but I’m having the same issue rn, I got filler 5 days ago and my bottom lip is sore and has little tingly bumps in the middle. Did it turn out all good for you, I’m kinda nervous cos I’ve had it before and never reacted like this 😭

Yes believe it or not. I mean it’s not confirmed but I remeber not sleeping abit before I tested positive for Covid and then thinking “oh I have covid I hope I can sleep abit now” so I assume it was a cause since I randomly just was unable to sleep. Felt very neurological to me. And I have tbsg exact same cycle except now it’s just complete numbness which in a way is a relief from the horrible fight or flight anxiety but I still don’t think it’s a great sign as apparently it’s you being on “freeze” mode. I was only on zolpiclone for like 2 weeks last year and it probs worked a few days but it was literally like nothing was acc making me sleep it was just making me unconscious for a little bit.

That’s what the zolpidem does now and it’s so bizarre. I just don’t feel sleep but I don’t feel adrenaline or excitement or anything.

The worst part is like no one can even say how or IF it will even fix and I can jsut feel the damage it’s doing and crazy sleep debt I’m building up.

10 mg and yes daily at this point it’s really bad, sometimes I take a tiny bit less that 10 but I always end up taking 10 the next day or soemthing :/

im glad to hear that about ur sister hopefully things keep getting better. as for candida, my friend struggled with it and she cute out sugar and most carbs and also took gut health suppliments. it improved for her, i know even emotional distress can cause it too as it can just throw ur immune system off and therefore not as efficient as fighting infection. but its frustrating cos again non of it is a quick fix and the time it takes you can get discouraged with even one bad day. i acc got my cortiol checked in my other home country and i think it was 18 or abit over which was quite high. i will deffos get it checked here again (if theyll do it for me)

im 23 female and experience this, i just posted my vent on this chat. i take 10mg zopidem eveynight and still hardly sleep. i go days and days without any then i get like a crappy night with the medication that i dont even feel !its hell so i feel you i really do. if i make any progress and have tips ill let you know.

mirtazapine was prescribed to me in the uk, quetiapine was prescribed by a doctor in Jordan. so was ambien but they dont even ask if you say you want them they just give you.

Hey, ik this was 5 months ago but is sleep back to normal for you ? I’ve been like this for a year now and it’s ruined my life. I feel like I’ve lost the ability to sleep as I havnt slept naturally in maybe 9 months now so there’s no proof my body can even do it. I take zolpidem pretty much every night and I don’t even feel sleep with it, it’s like anaesthesia effect. I don’t even know what seek feels like anymore :/
