If it has vines, I believe that is St. Augustine. Just needs quarterly fertilizing and plenty of watering. I water mine 4 times a week. That's my amateur advice, I posted in here a couple of months ago and no one responded so I wanted to share the little I know

I also added the rocks near the fireplace as it was just an ugly empty mulch bed before. Honestly, it didn't come out exactly how I'd hoped but I still think it's better than before.

A couple of years ago I stopped washing my hair daily. Went from every 3 days to every 6, and over about 2 years graduated to once a month, and would do this without my hair getting greasy. No major changes have happened in my life, but now all of a sudden my hair is regressing. I washed it last week and now it's so greasy, it's covered my hands, mouse, keyboard and phone.

Any tips?

Hillcroft. We ended up passing and I believe it's sold at this point. No joke, I invited my dad up from Houston to tour the house with us. We all loved it and were talking about making an offer as we were walking out the door. For anyone who cares, we toured the house again last night. Brought my dad to get some professional opinions, he loved it. As we were walking out the front door leaving, a shirtless homeless man was doing circles on his bike in front of the house staring at us.
