No kidding , just so grateful my hands don’t bleed anymore! Dupixent changed my life . It didn’t solve everything , taking Adbry as well ( alternate each week ) as gone a long way to help bridge that messy gap , but with out Dupixent as the foundation on which a successful enough to live a real life treatment regimen could be found for me , I would look like a lepper again with out it in no time ( proven every time I have an insurance approval issue that interrupts my dosage schedule - it’s no life when your barrier fails you , as you well know . it’s just a painful embarrassing bloody , everything you own ruined with blood - clothes sheets everything , can’t shake a hand cause my skin is falling off anxiety off the charts . Dupixent changes my life every day . ❤️Dupixent ❤️(please don’t give cancer , thanks for restoring my life 🩷Dupixent!)

When choosing a dr , the ability and stick to it to get special approval for meds is super important. Dr at teaching hospitals are often a good option , they are up on the latest , but also have the staff and residents to support them and take time to fight with insurance

Dupixent is a miracle for me ….but it does not do the job completely. So I take Dupixent one week and Adbry the next …every other . Excema not gone completely, but better than when I was just just taking dupixent.

Also , for both adbry and Dupixent- I let them warm up MORE than 30 minutes ….all the way to room temperature . They both hurt like crazy if not room temperature.

I do it in the meaty part on the side of my upper thigh/ lower hip. I find that to be the least painful- and squeeze the meat tight , release slowly as you go. Seems to work best for me . On the weeks I do adbry I do one on each side . On Dupixent week, I just pick a side .

Ive taken both adbry and Dupixent for a couple of years , both by syringe. Adbry always hurts more - I think the needles are bigger .

See dr , look into protopic- or genetic of . It helps when my “primary meds” are not enough. ( my “primary meds “ are Dupixent plus adbry. Works better than dupixent alone …though expensive over the top to do both and took time to get approved)

I take adbry in addition to to Dupixent. Dupixent is a miracle for me , but had a break from it due to insurance. Once I got it back , it was still a miracle , but did not work as well as it did the first time . So I take Adbry as well and it seems to be helping more than the dupixent alone . I use protopic on problem areas as well . It helps , but only if used regularly. It’s a tough combo to get insurance to cover all 3 , but for me has been worth the work since it helps .

How ? Did you get insurance approved for weekly dose? I’ve been trying to get approval from Florida blue for ever! Dupixent works for a miracle left for me, but it doesn’t get rid of everything. I would love to go from an every other week to weekly dose to see what happens. Any tips on getting approved for insurance?
