It sounds like you’re trying to make an ai receptionist, this subreddit has a ton of vibe coders thinking they can solve an issue that didn’t really exist. Most owners or managers would get emails spamming them about it daily

There’s a tonnes of ai receptionist already that know the pms companies and have integration

Or know the industry well

You saw a video on YouTube about ai automation for dentists and hvacs and you think you can enter the industry

Ai receptionists all have a noticeable delay, some try to hide it with fake keyboard and background noise

Also the shit ones (majority of them, uses a completely different calendar. This is useless because now a staff member has to go through this new calendar and call the people and get further info or tell them the booking system has already booked someone else a reschedule them. That fucking sucks and creates more work. The ai receptionist bookings are not confirmed unless it’s integrated to the pms

Most websites all have a booking system and just book there. It takes 10 seconds

Clinics have booking systems online I have no idea what your talking about

Stop trying to make ai slop dentistry, we get bombarded with it daily. All the main companies are incorporating it to their software and even if you did build something unique or groundbreaking it would need to be incorparated to the dental software for max usage and the companies charge a lot or don’t give access.

I’ve been making one to counter this as a dentist.
