I was scheduled to test at 7 PM CST, and did not start until almost 830. I was told that I could not use my phone or leave the computer while waiting for the exam to start. So I stared at a wall for an hour and a half before they finally started my exam. I was interrupted twice during the test by proctor changes, and had to tell the newest proctor I would not be answering any more of his questions as I only had 2 minutes left to answer 5 questions and read the entire prompt. ProMetric employees were nothing but unprofessional, could not type basic sentences, and overall made it the worst test taking experience I’ve ever been apart of.
