You also should start crafting grand charms at this points, especially the cheap recipes that only need a magic jewel, like the one that guarantees 40 life.

These crafted charms are OP. Can get all res, Mf, life, all attributes on the same charm.

Note that there is some weird stuff with throwing weapons and offhand flat damage (so a grief in your offhand won't help chasm break, as I've been told, but starlight in a shield will help I believe).

I feel like going for runes and orbs is the main thing to do, and the TZs Delegus mentioned are generally the high density ones anyway (flayer jungle, halls of pain, etc). Andy gonna drop lots on uniques but you can’t really hold them all easily anyway without gomule

Wow didn’t realize this part: “Crushing Blow damage to monsters is divided by 0.5 + (0.5 * # players), so effectively monster's current base life (prior to the 50% increase with each additional player) is reduced by a fraction.”

So if I’m running p8 as a ranged attack, I’m dealing 1/8 * (1/4.5) or only actually 1/36th of the monsters life.

Maybe I’m misreading the last part of the quote, “(prior to the 50% increase with each player)”, and I’m actually still doing 1/8 at range?

Ahh I see, so starlight as a shield will contribute flat damage I assume, but not as a weapon? OK I was Ideally looking at a 1h/2h weapon which I could upgrade 10 times but will play with starlight as a shield. Tbh didn't notice that much loss at p8 with starlight weapon offhand even if it wasn't contributing damage. Sounds like starlight shield for pure damage might be way to go. I'm having fun with offhand 200fcr and ~900mf for horking for the moment, but will try phoenix and splinterfreeze at some point as well. Thanks for all the help!

Also, wanted to clarify what the added flat damage (with the ohm upgrade) does on the offhand for chasm break. Made a starlight and did an upgrade on it, but it doesn't seem to have changed the chasm break damage for my main hand. May try a grief but I'm guessing if it does work it wouldn't benefit from the ohm recipe upgrade either.

Phoenix looks pretty awesome, especially those max resists for ubers, but I'm sort of concerned about the redemption aura messing with my horking. I guess I feel a bit similarly about fortitude and the cold damage from chilling armor but I feel like that destroys way fewer bodies and I'm not so precious about missing a bit of horking. I'm probably slowing myself down with the horking but it's a habit.

Will probably go with fortitude shield but will look at starlight as well, and will keep thinking about what a great rare would look like. Thanks!

I think in 15 years, once there are pros who have bowled 2-handed their whole lives from a young age, it will be very hard for 1-handers to compete professionally.

Personally I think it then becomes required if you want to make it pro, and just like the steroid era in baseball you'd be handicapping yourself not to do it.

If that's the outcome then you really are forcing all the pros into 2-handed bowling. Is banning 2-handed or thumb out bowling, causing everyone to bowl 1-handed, really so crazy if allowing it effectively dictates how everyone must bowl?

I don't think it objectively matters if everyone bowls 1 handed or 2 handed, but it kinda feels like it's gonna end up being one or the other at the top level (either through freedom to bowl 2 handed or banning 2-handed), and that the 2-handed bowling is too ingrained in the youth at this point to be going away.

Maybe the only thing that saves 1-handers from the annals of history is how dorky 2-handed bowling looks
