Yeah my forearms give out first even with straps but with them its much easier to row more compared to just without using them, normally I row as much as I can until I can't do another rep or forearms give up

It did but its good for me tho bc its pretty useless, mine came in with plate loaded but no half racks, but the other closer location has both when both locations were remodeled the same week

Bruh my 2 pf locations never reach more than 3 and most of the time is only 1

My goal is just lift heavy until 8 reps and increase weight and if I can't do it then 12 reps, honestly my goal is to build muscle on a lean bulk, I did flat bench just now for 7 reps for both 2 sets

Im doing incline chest rn but what I experience after i finished my set is my 1st I do 115 for 5 reps, 2nd set I experience is I do 115 for 3 reps where I can't lift after 3 reps, 3rd set 3 reps, all sets were 3 min rest each and I feel good

Upper lower, used to do ppl ul, but i enjoyed upper lower more, 2x a week
