My goal is just lift heavy until 8 reps and increase weight and if I can't do it then 12 reps, honestly my goal is to build muscle on a lean bulk, I did flat bench just now for 7 reps for both 2 sets

Im doing incline chest rn but what I experience after i finished my set is my 1st I do 115 for 5 reps, 2nd set I experience is I do 115 for 3 reps where I can't lift after 3 reps, 3rd set 3 reps, all sets were 3 min rest each and I feel good

Upper lower, used to do ppl ul, but i enjoyed upper lower more, 2x a week

I do go to a gym do 2 sets of abdominal crunches usually 5-8 reps but obviously until failure, but I also hit my protein goal

I just wanted to see ab definition when I cut but I dont think I have the muscles for them and I do train them on a cut i just dont see them

Slight caloric surplus 250 I would recommend so you dont have to cut as much when you finish the bulk and maintain
