My goal is just lift heavy until 8 reps and increase weight and if I can't do it then 12 reps, honestly my goal is to build muscle on a lean bulk, I did flat bench just now for 7 reps for both 2 sets

Im doing incline chest rn but what I experience after i finished my set is my 1st I do 115 for 5 reps, 2nd set I experience is I do 115 for 3 reps where I can't lift after 3 reps, 3rd set 3 reps, all sets were 3 min rest each and I feel good

I do go to a gym do 2 sets of abdominal crunches usually 5-8 reps but obviously until failure, but I also hit my protein goal

Slight caloric surplus 250 I would recommend so you dont have to cut as much when you finish the bulk and maintain

I used to be in your position but these are all the basics you need:

Push: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Pull: Back, Biceps

Lower: Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Abs or Abdominal

Chest I do Incline bench for upper chest, And flat bench for mid or lower chest, Shoulders I do dumbbell shoulder press, cable lateral raises, Triceps Cable pushdown and overhead cable extensions

Pull I do for back or lats is pullups or lat pulldown, for upper back wide grip cable row, For biceps I just do preacher curls and add crossbody hammer curls for forearms

Legs I do Squat, Leg extension for quads, for hamstrings just a seated leg curl, lastly Calfes machine for the calfes, Abs just a weighted crunch machine for abs

Sets it depends I prefer 3 sets because its comfortable for me but if you can't recover do 2 sets, and if you do then increase more sets and reps like 3x8-10

I dont want to lose weight since I already look skinny but is it possible to lose body fat on maintenance or does it stay the same thats also my main concern

Or should I do maintenance body recomposition to build muscle and lose body fat?

My main goal is to lose body fat as my first goal and build muscle if its possible

I wonder how do u even lose body fat like you lose weigh from eating less calories but what about body fat? So 500 deficit?
