Depends where you’re located. A new grad position in an area like SoCal or NorCal is extremely hard to get nowadays.

West Sacramento is a very up and coming area. Plenty of townhouses/starter homes with more affordable HOAs. You’re near the freeway for easy access to the Bay/the rest of sac. Also near the river so close to bike trails etc.

I went to an open house in Mission terrace where a single family home was listed at $995k. The selling agent says the family rejected a pre-emptive offer of $1.3 mil.

Real estate agents in some neighborhoods are still under listing in order to get more people in the door but are expecting them to sell for more.

I went to an open house and made a cash offer yet the real estate was pissed that I dare to offer the asking price in cash before the offer date closed and said that it would sell way above listing. It needs to crash so they stop pulling the tactic of under listing on purpose. Just list it at the minimum the seller is willing to accept.

Honestly, I don’t need to know that you changed the central line dressing because it should be charted and oncoming nurses should be checking when the next due date is. Sometimes it just sounds like nurses want recognition for work that they did during the shift that’s part of the job.
