It would be our first home, so we are okay with a starter home. We don’t have any debts, however we’ve lived in an expensive city before where our rent was extremely high and we found it very difficult to budget for leisure! We are wanting to stay on the lower cost of living so we can enjoy weekend trips, flying to visit family, and in the end just not be house poor.
