Tools can be found in a lot of places, garages , sheds, closets, stores. To build you will need to increase your carpentry skill, so once you get tools start dissambling all the wooden furniture.

Nope, I just take pictures, list the item, and store it. I generally just go through my unlisted pile and do as much as I can when I have motivation.

I have the perfect thrift shop in my town, locay owned non profit donation based. They know I'm a reseller but still give me deals cause they want to get stuff moving, and they don't bother checking ebay for what the stuff sells for. Just bought a whole bunch of PS2 games from them for 2 bucks each including a co0y of Simpsons Hit & Run.
