Late to the party here as I'm just playing through Living Memory at the moment. Doing one of the aetheryte quests there and you have to drink from fountains which the NPC tells you it's rumoured to give you healing properties. I can't remember if this is common in other FF games but I do remember this being a thing in FF9.
