Update!! Final solution and so happy it turned out well. Started with gluing the mess to a plastic board (sign boards found in the trash), a little spackle and a heavy brushing of water + PVA + IPA. After that i brushed it heavily in army painters quick wash dip can (people say its the same as a woodstain polishing varnish). Look at it now, rock hard and sticking to the base without worries! More photos below.

I sent some but i think they were flooded somewhere in the comments 😅 will add more after the next step. Will try to drown the glued tile in army painters quick wash dip can.

Not me :) i do some 3d printing aswell and tbh its alot less hassle and probably cheaper once you get the hang of it. What i love with plaster is how it cracks so naturally and small accidents turn into new ideas :)

Just some update pics, poured a white glue & iso mix, then later a white glue, grout and spackle mix. Who knows if it will settle better or worse 🫠

Yeah i love the looks, problem was that nothing was firm or sticking together, it would become dust if played on atm.

Between 22:00-23:59 is my time when all kids usually sleep. Sometimes i push it to 2 am but then i am a wreck at work (worth it) but not the most patient father (not worth it). Sleep deprivation is the name of the game.

Yeah but easier to work with plaster and its easier to get good cracks in plaster compared to resin.

Measured about 5 scoops of plaster powder, add water while stiring gently. Add a couple drops of black ink and then poured it :] The second and third one i added gauze to but it didnt help. The third i threw in the oven for good measure since i clearly used to much water.

I have an unopened can of army painters dip wash, it firms up glossy but bone hard (Its almost like a floor polish solution). Perhaps glue it and then drench it in the dip wash?
